More and more couples are aiming to Conceive a Boy rather than a girl and will use various methods to help increase their chances. One such method which is constantly being used and which seems to be proving successful is the Shettles Method.

With this particular method for choosing the gender of one’s baby is through timing when the couple makes love. It is the sperm with the Y Chromosomes in them that the couple wants to reach the egg first to fertilize it. However, as this sperm not only moves more quickly but it dies off more quickly as well.

Therefore when ovulation occurs in the woman the couple needs to make love at this time to ensure that the sperm carrying the Y chromosomes has more chance of reaching the egg first. Plus it also means a much larger concentration of this sperm will be available to help fertilize the egg as well.

However there are certain things that the couple must do if they want to try and Conceive a Boy and below we look at what these are.

1. The woman needs to know when her menstrual cycle is taking place. The best way of doing this is by keeping a record of her basal body temperature for a number of months. Doing this she will be able to more accurately pinpoint when ovulation is going to occur.

2. If at all possible the man should avoid ejaculating at least 4 to 5 days prior to ovulation occurring if the couple wishes to Conceive a Boy.

3. The couple should be aiming to make love around 12 hours before the woman begins ovulating. To know when this is the woman should have been keeping a record of her basal body temperature or using some other method. Another way of her to tell when ovulation is about to occur is through using an ovulation prediction kit.

4. If a couple are wanting to Conceive a Boy rather than a girl then they need to use sexual positions which will help to get the sperm as close to the cervix as they possibly can. Remember the sperm carrying the Y chromosome although it swims more quickly dies off more quickly. Rear entry positions have proven quite effective.

5. The woman should make sure that they orgasm during the love making as this will further assist in helping to move the sperm towards the egg. The quicker the sperm carrying the Y chromosomes are able to reach the egg the more chances they have of actually fertilizing it.

Many couples who are interested in being able to select the gender of their baby will have heard of the Shettles Method. But there are plenty of other methods that couples can use when it comes to natural gender selection. One such method which has been developed after much research and following many natural studies into natural gender selection and conception is GenSelect.

This particular natural gender selection has been developed by a group of physicians. They have been able to harness factors that have been clinically proven to allow a couple to determine the gender of their baby. In controlled studies this particular method has proven 96% effective. Although how effective it is for some couples will also depend on how closely they follow the kit’s guidelines.

The team who developed this method have been able to formulate some special all natural nutriceuticals that adjust the condition of the woman’s body. But in order to choose the gender of one’s next child along with using the nutriceuticals and other elements of the kit. The couple need to control when they have intercourse, adjustments need to be made to the vaginal environment and the right diet needs to be followed.

However, depending on what child a couple will want will be what makes them decide whether they purchase the boy or girl kit. Although these kits are pretty similar there are some components within them which are different.

The kits themselves include the following:-

1. A comprehensive but easy to understand guide regarding the kit. Plus it provides instructions regarding the diet that has been designed to help increase the chances of the couple having the child they dream of.

2. It comes with predictors to find out when the woman is ovulating so they can then determine when the best time to have intercourse is. This will further help to increase their chances of them having the baby boy or girl that they want.

3. Another piece of equipment supplied with this natural gender selection kit is a digital thermometer which allows one to measure the woman’s basal body temperature. Plus there is also a chart which can then be used to keep a record and track her body temperature over a certain period of time.

4. There is a specialist douche which the woman uses in order to reduce the amount of acid in her vagina. By reducing this a woman is actually helping to increase the chances of the couple of them having the baby that they want.

5. Finally there are two all natural nutriceuticals supplements in the kit. These have been specially formulated by the physicians who develops this kit and to be used in conjunction with the diet.

GenSelect natural gender selection kit is a fully integrated method which helps to amplify the natural factors which are key in determining the baby’s sex. Also the components within the kit have received full approval from the Federal Regulatory Agencies in the USA as well as conforming to all US DSHEA Guidelines which were established back in 1994.
